NEW YEAR, NEW TIME TABLE, NEW CLASSES!
AJ Dance are excited to announce the start of our brand new classes and revised time table.
Lanching in February 2010 "Mini AJs" will see a whole new dimention begin within AJ Dance, for the 1st time ever the school will be open to students under the age of 10 with "Mini AJs" created expecially for children aged 4 -7 years old, Also our regular class age has been lowered to 8 due to constant demand by younger dancers wanting to join.

HOT STEPPERS NATIONAL DANCE CHAMPIONS
Continuing on our fantastic winning streak, AJ Dance Productions competed in the Grand Final of "Hot Steppers Dance Competition" in the Rhyl Pavilion Theatre on the 31st July 2009. The night ended with AJ Dance being awarded 1st Place in the over 16s Catorgory and also the award for the Highest score in the competition making them the Overall Competition Champions! Another incredible achievement for such a new school and such young dancers!
DANCE MANIA STREET DANCE CHAMPIONS
On the 19th July 2009 AJ Dance Productions won the title of "Dance Mania Street Dance Champions 2009. The competition held at the Liverpool Empire theatre saw AJ Dance walk away with 1st place and the award for "Best Costume"! What an amazing achievment, well done all of you!
The date of Dance Mania 2009 at the Liverpool Empire Theatre has been changed from 17th May to the 19th July. Please ensure you are still available on this new date! Any problems, let me know.
AJ Dance Productions performed in the Hot Steppers Dane Competition Semi Finals, and are delighted to have 2 routines go through to the Grand Final in August, We are the only group that has more than 1 dance in the Finals! Well done everyone!
On Tuesday 17th Feb AJ Dance Productions Competition Class performed at the "D-Myst" Oscars Party hosted by "Juice FM" at "Studio" on Hardman Street Liverpool. It was a great night and the performances went down a storm! As always the team from JuiceFM were delighted with the show. Be sure to check out the pics from the night in our myspace photo albums.

All 5 Dances we entered in to the Hot Steppers Dance Competition are through to the semi-finals! What a fantastic achievement, especially as for many of you this was your very 1st competition. You should all be really proud of yourselves!
Adam is Choreographing a Tour for Danny Morris (Former member of X-factor boyband "Eton Road"). The Entire tour has been choreographed by Adam in the AJ Dance Studio and all dancers have been supplied by AJ Dance as well.

AJ Dance Productions Competition Class Took Part In ITVs Granda Reports
"Tour Of Talent"
After an amazing performance at the New Brighton heat, Adam (Principal of AJ DANCE) was approached by the producer who said that we were by far "THE BEST DANCE ACT" they had seen! The producers had decided that the final of that heat would be made up of two singers, but had it not been then AJ DANCE was the ONLY dance act they considered and we would have been in the final!
AJ Dance was then asked to perfrom LIVE on ITV at the Lytham heat of the show, where Principal & Choreographer Adam had to teach one of the Granada reports presenters a section of the dance we were performing. The finished routine of AJ Dance students and ITV presenter was then featured live on TV.
Well done to you all! It was an amazing time!

Uniforms!
The uniform is a black t-shirt with the “AJ Dance” logo on the front and a grey zip up “hoody” with the logo on the back. Students may still wear their own choice of bottoms.
Fees!
All students’ fees are to be paid monthly in advance. This is due to the amount of teaching time that is wasted at the beginning of every class taking individual fees from students and chasing up an increasing number of students with outstanding fees. We are sure that you will understand the need to introduce this and appreciate that it will increase the amount of teaching time each student receives in class. Please be assured this is perfectly normal and will not raise the amount you pay per class. Everyone will receive a “fees form” before the end of each month. Your support and understanding is greatly appreciated.
