AJ DANCE PRODUCTIONS

AJ Dance Productions opened its doors to students for the 1st time in February 2007.

Being the UK's only "Dedicated Street Dance Academy",

Students of all abilities came to learn the latest in commercial dance.

Within months of opening, students had enjoyed a masterclass with "Sho-tyme",

a world class choreographer who's work includes

"Gwen Stefani", "Katy Perry", "Mya" and "So You Think You Can Dance".

Many more international choreographers have since chosen to work with

AJ Dance Productions and students have benefited massively from

their incredible experience and advice.

Now, only 3 short years from opening, AJ Dance are the reigning

"Dance Mania" Street Dance Champions! and the "HotSteppers National Dance Champions"

winning 1st Place in the over 16s Section and also the Overall Champions award for

receiving the highest score in the competition!

Following on from this amazing success, AJ Dance continues to grow and are always aiming higher.

To mark our 3rd Birthday in February 2010, we are launching our brand new time table and are

introducing classes for the under 10 year old for the very 1st time! Our regular minimum age

has been lowered from 10 to 8 years old and we are excited to introduce the start of

"Mini AJs" a brand new class for children aged 4 - 7 years old.

 

Classes Are Now Available For Beginners, Intermediate & Advanced Dancers,

Male & Female Aged From 4 - 25,

If You Are Outside Of This Age Bracket, We May Still Be Able To Accommodate You Within The School,

Please Enquire For Further Details.

Intermediate And Advanced Students May Also Be Invited To Participate In The Competition Class,

While All Students Aged 8 & Over Are Able To Partake In The "Full Company Class".

Certain Members Of "Mini AJs" May Have The Chance

To Join The "Full Company Class" Also.

About the teacher.

AJ DANCE PRODUCTIONS IS RUN BY ADAM JAMES MARSHALL-DURHAM (FULL ENHANCED DISCLOSURE CRB CHECKED). HE SPECIALISES IN “STREET DANCE”, A STYLE MADE POPULAR BY ARTISTS SUCH AS "JUSTIN TIMBERLAKE" AND MORE RECENTLY "DIVERSITY" FROM ITV'S BRITAIN'S GOT TALENT.

ADAM HAS A STRONG BACKGROUND IN ALL ASPECTS OF PERFORMANCE. HE WORKED FOR MANY YEARS AS A PROFESSIONAL ILLUSIONIST, FIRE EATER/BREATHER ON CRUISE SHIPS AND OTHER VENUES AROUND THE WORLD.

ADAM HAS WORKED IN TELEVISION SINCE AN EARLY AGE WITH CREDITS INCLUDING HRH PRINCE OF WALES, SKY TV, GRANADA TV AND BBC T.V. HE HAS CHOREOGRAPHED AND APPEARED IN MUSIC VIDEOS AROUND THE WORLD, AND APPEARED AS A DANCER IN THE MOVIE “ACROSS THE UNIVERSE” A £40MILLION BLOCKBUSTER MUSICAL RELEASED IN CINEMAS WORLDWIDE IN 2007.

ADAM IS DELIGHTED TO BRING AJ DANCE PRODUCTIONS TO STUDENTS IN LIVERPOOL AFTER ITS SUCCESS ACROSS THE NORTH WEST.
